The Western Hospital Pharmacy is open to the public between the following hours:

• 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday

• 9am–12pm, Saturday

• Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

 

Home Medication Reviews (HMRs) can be organised following discharge to ensure patients are safely using their medication. These reviews are conducted by a clinical pharmacist in the comfort of the patients' home or at the hospital pharmacy.
