  • Electronic Admission Forms
    To get started, click the eAdmissions button below, or head to admissions.westernhospital.com.au If you are using this Electronic Admissions for the first time: 1. Select ‘Register New Account’, 2. Enter your details and create a password, 3. Click ‘start new admission’ and follow the prompts. If you are a returning patient: 1. Log in with your email address and password Select the ‘copy’ button next to your previous admission which will copy over your details and most of your previous medical history for you to verify. Once the form has been submitted, the hospital will be notified and we can start to prepare for your stay. Please allow 15-30 minutes to complete your eAdmission, ensuring it is submitted as soon as possible and no later than 3 days prior to your admission.
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
  • Can I insert a video in my FAQ?
    Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a video to When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box
  • Can I insert pictures in my FAQ?
    Yes! To add a picture follow these simple steps: Enter App Settings Click the "Manage Questions" button Click on the question you would like to attach a picture to When editing your answer, click on the picture icon and then add an image from your library
  • Can I get More Information in Addition to Seeing My Doctor?
    Together with our physiotherapy team, we run patient information nights to provide details about the care you will receive and costs, if any, are involved.
  • How Do I Know If My Private Health Insurance Will Cover Me For No Gap Surgery?
    We have partnered with Medibank to provide this service. Please contact Medibank directly on 1300733338 to find out if you are covered under your policy.
  • How Do I Know If I Am Suitable for No Gap Surgery?
    To find out if you are suitable for No Gap surgery, you can make an appointment to see one of our participating Orthopaedic Surgeons, who will be able to assess your general health and the type of surgery you require.
