Western Gastrointestinal provides an on-site and comprehensive service for patients. Diagnostic Endoscopies and Colonoscopies are performed at Western Hospital. A referral to the service by a General Practitioner is required.

 

Western Gastrointestinal Service offers patients the opportunity for open access endoscopy and ‘facilitated access colonoscopy’ (where patients will be assured of a colonoscopy within two weeks). This can be discussed further with your General Practitioner or our friendly reception staff.
