Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare
Western instils a culture of safety throughout all business processes and believes that there is no distinction of patients, staff, contractors or visitors when addressing OHS&W risk.
Risk catchment forms identify and drive corrective action for Hazards, Facility Events and Staff Incidents / Accidents.
Should any of our staff suffered an injury whilst in the employ of Western they can be expected to be treated and cared for with a strong community spirit whilst upholding core Western values.
Maintenance
Western uses a preventative maintenance program to maintain all facets of the Hospital service to optimise the delivery of care and comfort.

Volunteers
Our volunteers provide services to all our customers through the Meet and Greet service and the Western Shoppe.
