Western Hospital is accredited with The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).

The ACHS is a recognised health accreditation organization that ensures that all appropriate health and industry related standards are measured and evaluated.

Western Hospital is proud to boast that accreditation under the Evaluation Quality Improvement Program (EQuIP) was granted only 10 months after the hospital re-opened in August 2003 under new ownership.
