Message from the Voluntary Administrators

Adam Nikitins, Colby O’Brien and Robyn Duggan of Ernst & Young were appointed Administrators of Western Hospital Pty Ltd on 29 January 2024 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001.

 

The Administrators have secured funding for the Administration and the Hospital will remain open on a business as usual basis, continuing to provide important services to the community.

 

The Administration has the following objectives:

• Ensuring continuity of services to the community

• Minimising disruption to patients, employees and other key stakeholders

• Securing the long-term future of the Hospital

 

We value and appreciate the continued support and cooperation of employees, medical practitioners, suppliers, and the broader Western Hospital community.
